LOAN PROCESS

To assist CUNJ in being responsive to your request, the following items on the Business Loan Application Checklist will be needed:

Business loan application

Business financial statements and/or tax returns for past three years and current interim statement, if available.

Personal financial statements are necessary for all principals of the business, as well as complete personal federal tax returns for two years.

Business Description Form and Company Information Form that provides details on your company’s operation and its owners and management.

Business plan if the borrowing entity is less than two years old, or if acquiring an existing company.
