Short Message Service (SMS)/Text Message

Send messages to 454545 at any time to receive a text response with your account information quickly and securely. SMS is a quick and convenient way to stay on top of all of your finances. Use short codes:

• AL (Primary account balance)
• ALALL (All account balances)
• AST (Last 5 transactions on primary account)
• ALCHK (Balance of all checking accounts)
• ALSAV (Balance of all savings accounts)
• ELP (Send information on the commands and how to use)
• RANS (Transfer funds to primary account)

You can also sign up for a weekly text that will give you your primary account balance and for low balance alerts. Sign up for text message banking by logging into Online Banking and clicking the Notifications tab under Account Access to activate the service.

If you can access the internet with your mobile device and are enrolled in CUNJ Online Banking, you are ready to access your personal account information. Just like using Online Banking on your computer at home or work, you can access all areas of the CUNJ website on your phone. Type CUNJ.org into your mobile browser and you are ready to go.
