To navigate using your touch tone keypad, press 1.
To repeat the option press the star key.
To back up one menu, press the pound sign.
Enter dollar amounts using the star key as the decimal (i.e. $25.00 is two, five, star, zero, zero)

* First time users enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
